Angela Cretu

Angela Cretu, an Avon veteran and member of the top management team, will assume the role as Avon's CEO. Cretu has more than 20 years of experience running a top cosmetics brand and is well-positioned to oversee Avon's global operations.

He spent many years at Unilever before joining Avon. He has extensive experience in building consumer-oriented businesses in emerging markets. In addition to his position at Avon, he is an investor and board member of RoC Skincare in New York.

He is the Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer at Avon. In addition, he has overseen the development of a brand new social selling strategy that is digital.

Fernando Acosta started his career as a management trainee at Unilever. He has worked in the United Kingdom and Europe. Later, he held top-ranking positions in Unilever's Latin American operations.

He was the Category President for Latin America at Unilever from 1999 to 2004. He was responsible for overseeing Dove which is among the most well-known brands within the company. He also was involved in the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty, which launched innovative products like Pro Age.

After his time as a senior vice president for Unilever's Middle Americas business, he took on a larger international job. From 2006 to 2008, he was the Brand President of Dove Global at Unilever. He was located in New York during this period.

Previously, he was a Regional President for Latin America at Avon. His responsibility included driving sales and developing the brand's Latin American strategy. He also helped in the development of innovative product lines like Pro Age.

Louise Srivastava

Avon has a rich history and a plethora of products to choose from however, one segment that has stood out from the crowd in recent years is its Health and Wellness division.
